Who is like our God? The Bible testifies to this answer - no one is like our God. As we look at Psalm 100 we see the Psalmist's use of chiasm in highlighting the important part of the text and a way approach it. To KNOW God through drawing near, discovering and exploring His Word, and responding to Him by going out and proclaiming Him!

Many of the Psalms were written by David and are like music from his heart in which he experiences, and we see, every emotion. In Psalm 63 David shows what comes from his heart when pressed on every side, he is: Seeking God, Satisfied in God, and Sustained by God. Week 4 of our series in The Letters of John. John wrote the epistle of 1 John at the end of his life, as the voice of a passing generation - one who had been present for Jesus' earthly ministry. He writes 1 John to believers, that we can know we have eternal life - he writes using symbols and pictures to illustrate the truth that we are washed, sanctified, and justified.

John is communicating as a father to beloved children warning about those who will try to deceive them, recognizing those who are against Christ, and encouraging the believers to be ready - to abide in Christ to keep them from falling for the antichrist's lies and turning away from Christ.
