Week 10 in our series on Peter an Apostle of Jesus Christ. In Acts 15 we see the transition of Church leadership from Apostles to Elders and we look at the discussion in the Council about Gentiles who have come to faith in Jesus Christ. The role of Elders in this chapter is an inspiration and instruction in what Christian unity is like and what making decisions in unity looks like, coming not just to compromise or meeting in the middle but finding higher ground reaching a decision that will please the whole church.

Week 8 in our series Peter an Apostle of Jesus Christ. Today we are with Peter in Caesarea as he goes to talk to Cornelius the Centurion. We explore the complex significance of the city of Caesarea and how this city - created to rival the secular cities of the Greeks, designed to tie Judea into the Roman empire, used to drag the Jews out of their ancient faith and into the modern Hellenistic world - was used to launch the good news of the Gospel to all people in all the world. Today, the world does the same, it has built digital superhighways to advance its principles. How did Peter and his fellow Apostles respond to their challenge and more importantly, what did God do with it?
